Privacy notice
A plain-language explanation of how Pitch Performance handles website enquiries.
Who handles your information
Pitch Performance is run by Connor Dixon in Leeds. For questions about your personal information, email connordixon152001@gmail.com.
What an enquiry collects
The contact form asks for your name, age, email, goals, preferred coaching format and message. Football level or club is optional. For athletes aged 16–17, it also asks you to confirm you have discussed the enquiry with a parent or guardian. Please do not include medical or other sensitive details in the initial message.
Why it is used
Connor uses these details to respond, discuss your goals and decide whether coaching is a fit. The lawful basis for handling an enquiry is taking steps you request before a possible coaching arrangement. Your details are not added to a marketing list through this form.
Who receives it
Form submissions go through FormSubmit (Devro Labs) and are delivered to Connor’s Gmail inbox. FormSubmit says it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Google processes the email in Connor’s account under its own service terms. These providers may process data outside the UK; check their linked policies for details. If you message via Instagram instead, Meta handles that message under its own terms.
How long it is kept
If no coaching arrangement begins, Connor will delete a routine enquiry from his inbox within six months of the last reply. If you become a client, information needed for coaching and business records may be held longer under a separate onboarding process. FormSubmit’s archive is described in its documentation as retaining submissions for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask Connor to give you access to your enquiry, correct it or delete it, subject to applicable exceptions. Email connordixon152001@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website data
Pitch Performance does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting may process basic technical information to serve the pages. Google Fonts may process connection data when fonts load. The form service receives information only when you submit the form.
